To meet various aesthetic and functional requirements, we offer an extensive range of finishes: Mill finish, Powder coating, PVDF coating, Crystal swim coating, Anodized, Electrophoresis, Mechanical and Chemical polishing, Sandblasting, Brushing, and both Normal and 3D wooden grain transfer.
Packing & Shipping
General Package: Protective film on decoration face, pearl cotton and plastic film as outer package.
Special Package: Wooden cases/boxes, individual PE/PP bags, steel panels upon request.
Loading Capacity: Approximately 10-12 Tons for 20GP container, 22-25 Tons for 40HQ container.

What are the technical standards for your products?
Our products adhere to the Technology Standards: GB/5237-2008.
How do you handle customized orders and new moulds?
Customers provide CAD drawings or samples. We create technical drawings for confirmation. Once confirmed, the customer pays for the mould. After testing, we send samples for final approval before mass production. For regular sizes, mould costs may be refunded once orders exceed 5 tons.
Do you offer OEM services?
Yes, we provide OEM services. We sign a formal agreement, and the customer provides brand authorization. We then produce customized products with the customer's branding on the packaging.
What is your after-sales policy?
Customers have a 15-day window after receiving goods to report any issues. If quality problems are found, please provide clear photos and quantities. We will investigate the cause and discuss appropriate compensation if the issue is on our end.
What are the payment and delivery terms?
Moulds require 100% T/T upfront. For product orders (FOB China Port), a 30% deposit is required via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance paid before loading. Standard delivery time is 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.
What types of machining services do you provide?
We offer both general machine processing and high-precision CNC machining for aluminium products. We also collaborate with factories to produce finished aluminium doors and windows.
