Product Overview

Steel Coil Profile
Steel Production

Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil (PPGL) is a high-end material consisting of a top coating layer, primer, pre-treatment coating, and Al-Zn coating on a base metal sheet. It offers exceptional corrosion resistance—approximately 2 times longer service life compared to standard galvalume coils due to the dual protection of aluminum-zinc and the paint film.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL?
PPGI uses galvanized steel (zinc coating) as the substrate, while PPGL uses galvalume steel (55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon). PPGL generally offers superior corrosion resistance in most environments.
What standards do your steel products follow?
We produce coils in strict accordance with international standards including ASTM A653, JIS G3302, and EN 10346. Certificates such as ISO, SGS, and BV are available.
Can the color and surface finish be customized?
Yes, we can provide any RAL color or match a specific sample. Surface treatments include matte, wrinkle, embossed, and printed patterns.
What is your typical lead time for an order?
Normal delivery time is between 15 to 25 days after the receipt of the deposit, depending on the specifications and quantity.
How do you ensure the quality of the steel coils?
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing, including coating thickness tests, tensile strength, T-bend tests, and impact tests. We provide a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) with every shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 25 tons (one full container), but we can discuss smaller trial orders for new customers.
