Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil (PPGL) is a high-end material consisting of a top coating layer, primer, pre-treatment coating, and Al-Zn coating on a base metal sheet. It offers exceptional corrosion resistance—approximately 2 times longer service life compared to standard galvalume coils due to the dual protection of aluminum-zinc and the paint film.

Manufacturing Steps:
Standard export package includes 3 layers: anti-water craft paper, PVC plastic film, and a steel sheet outer cover (min 0.45mm). Secured with at least seven steel strapping strips. Desiccants are placed in the core and lateral sides to prevent moisture during bulk sea transportation.
