Prepainted aluminium coil are produced through a roller coating process. The aluminum substrate undergoes pretreatment for degreasing and passivation, followed by coating and drying to form a colored organic coating layer, which endows it with excellent anti-corrosion and decorative properties. One of the earliest enterprises in China to adopt the rolling coating process for aluminum sheets. Over the years, it has accumulated rich experience in actual production, mastered international advanced coating techniques, and independently developed leading domestic process technologies.
