Welded pipe, also known as welded steel pipe, is a versatile structural product.
Welded pipe is manufactured from steel plate or strip steel after roll forming and welding. The process includes forming, welding, and finishing. Using hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip as raw material, the steel is bent into a tube with a straight or spiral seam. Heat sources then fuse the edges to achieve high structural strength, followed by calibration, straightening, heat treatment, and testing.
