Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines. Our largest 6,800-ton unit allows for the production of complex industrial profiles with diameters up to 600mm. We produce radiators, fan blades, motor enclosures, and solar frames.
Our 6 anodizing lines provide uniform film thickness and diverse color options (Silver, Black, Gold, Champagne). We also operate 4 powder spraying lines using Gema Switzerland nozzles for eco-friendly, durable color retention.
12 PRATIC machining centers for milling, drilling, and tapping profiles up to 6 meters. We also utilize Wegoma fully automatic cutting machines and 30 punching machines (50-100 tons) for heavy-duty profile processing.
